For events such as weddings, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For portrait sessions, 2-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient, but this can vary during busy seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are eligible for a credit toward a future session.
Do you travel for photography sessions?
Yes, we do travel throughout Singapore and can also arrange international assignments for an additional travel fee. Please contact us for specific details based on your location.
How long until I receive my photos?
Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions and 4-6 weeks for weddings and larger events. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.
Do you provide both digital files and prints?
Yes, all our packages include high-resolution digital files. We also offer professional printing services and custom photo albums as add-ons.
Can I request specific editing styles?
Absolutely! During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your vision and preferences for the final look of your images.
